These are the terms you agree to when you use OrigoLink. We've tried to keep the language clear, but these are still legally binding, so please read them.
The basics
OrigoLink is a business management platform built by OrigoByte LTD (company number 16948065), a company registered in England and Wales. When you create an account, you're agreeing to these terms.
You need to be at least 18 years old to use the platform, and you need to have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of your company if you're signing up for business use.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you think someone else has access to your account, let us know immediately at support@origolink.com.
Everything that happens under your account is your responsibility. That includes data entered by other users you've invited to your company workspace.
What you get
OrigoLink gives you tools to manage freight shipments, online accounting, customs clearance, create invoices and bills, track deliveries, and connect with HMRC and email services. The specific features available depend on your subscription plan.
We do our best to keep the platform available, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance windows, infrastructure issues, and the occasional bug are realities of running software. We'll give you notice when we can.
Free trial
New accounts get a 30-day free trial with access to all features. You'll need to enter a credit card to start the trial. If you don't subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be paused. We won't charge you without your consent.
Pricing and payment
- Subscriptions are available on monthly or yearly billing cycles.
- All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT where applicable.
- Payments are processed through Stripe. We don't store your card details.
- We'll charge your card automatically on each billing date.
- If a payment fails, we'll try again a few times and let you know. If it keeps failing, we may pause your account.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Monthly plans: your access continues until the end of the current billing month.
- Yearly plans: your access continues until the end of the current billing year.
We don't offer partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans. For yearly plans, contact us within 14 days of purchase if you'd like a refund.
Your data
The data you put into OrigoLink belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your shipment records, contacts, invoices, or any other business data.
You can export your data at any time. If you cancel your account, we keep your data for 90 days before deleting it, in case you want to come back.

What you shouldn't do
Don't use OrigoLink to:
- Break the law or help someone else break it.
- Try to access other people's accounts or data.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform.
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited emails through our email features.
- Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems.
If we find that you're doing any of these things, we may suspend or terminate your account.
Our liability
We build OrigoLink carefully, but software has bugs and things occasionally go wrong. To the extent permitted by law:
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption).
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- We provide the platform "as is" without warranties beyond what's required by law.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can't be limited under English law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll let you know by email or through the platform. Continuing to use OrigoLink after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
